The area encompassing convention travel abroad is a very complex one and is only seriously offered by few agencies within Germany. The Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie (Federal Ministry for Economy and Technology) has recognized our agency as a high-performance convention specialist and has subsequently commissioned our office for many conventions abroad.
Altogether the Ministry commissions only five agencies in all of Germany. We also work very closely with 23 convention and exposition organizers. As convention specialists we offer convention hotels where the rooms and rates have been negotiated up to a year in advance.
